Subway

This is for the subway store at Campbell and Custer. I was treated rudely there today. I did an online order and tried to call to change the time. This was at 11:00 AM. I called several times and there was no answer. When I brought this up with the two women in the store, they said “we don’t answer the phone during lunch.” No sorry, nothing like that. Just rude.

Horrible customer service!!! We came here at around 5:45pm, which is about the start of dinner hours and nobody, like NOBODY was there to serve us!!! We kept calling out to the back, which was fruitless as they had a giant iron door which was closed at the time, blocking our calls. Finally, after 10 minutes of milling around, we were forced to go to the other subway. Def not coming back here because those guys obviously do not care about their customers! And there's no restrooms too.

Terrible service. The "normal" two people working this restaurant are always good, but today there was a different crew. Ordered a 6" ham on jalapeno chees bread. The girl making my sandwich cut the foot long loaf, but not in half. Of course, she gave me the short half. Then she managed to screw up the lengthwise cut, and cut it uneven and all the way through. She totally didn't give a crap about what she was doing - evident after she put a whole handful of onions on my sandwich and then looked put out when I asked her to take some off. Bring back the old crew! Bread was even stale today.

The attitude of the Hispanic lady is awful. The place is small and dirty. The lady didn't toast my sandwich she was in a rush. I went back for napkins a n she got upset. Maybe she's mad because she's alone and no on to help her in there so who ever is in charge fix it. No wonder this place is lonely.

The food was ok, no bathroom and they won’t give you a normal cup for water, it’s 95 degrees outside o just wanted a big cup of ice water.......nope I offered to pay $1 and I was told is regular price, so $3 for a cup of water and even the cups are smaller then the other subways I frequent. Very cheap owner here folks. I wonder where else they are cutting corners.

I don't like this place cause this employee gave a bad customer service slacking around and his pants low, showing his underwear. His nails were all dirty and his hair long. Floor very dirty. In other word the staff and the place is nasty. I don't know how city of Richardson don't close this place based on low hygiene I would never come back to this place I don't recommended.
