Subway

This Subway had just opened up and the young lady was alone and I came in a hit her with a football team size order really. My GARLAND LIONS select team was just about finishing up there morning workouts and it was time to feed them. This young lady was a professional the whole way and was very polite while making my order of like 21 or so 6 inch subs. She did a ROARING job!

Went to this location 3 times and they were always out of something. The last time I went, the lady making my sandwich was on her cell and had to ask me to repeat myself each time I told her what i wanted. The previous time there was a kid in the back and then a boyfriend, I assume, walked back there to give them a lunch and they were eating while making our food which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. They are nice but could be a bit more courteous about the customers. Probably won't be going back unless I absolutely have to.... Luckily there is another not far from this location.

When I got there it was clean, I’d give it a ⭐️ but I don’t I sw that there was a line and there’s ONLY ONE person trying to run the business and the guy was taking a long time because 1 person had a big order. That’s just the 1st person in line not counting the the costumers. My point is they need to have at lest 2 people to have the line moving and not keep people waiting to long in line...Will I revisit? Absolutely NOT.

I’ve come here at least 4 times in the last two months and every single time I do the workers are so rude and so short and I feel like give me petty servings for their misunderstanding. Today I came for lunch it took the lady multiple trips to get everything for my wrap and I’m the only one there all that plus paying took 15 minutes! Then she gives me the smallest portions of everything and says I’ll pay extra if she adds more. At first she thought I said I wanted chicken I never said that I said turkey then it was downhill from there and she already had a bad attitude when I walked in. I work as a customer service representative so I understand customer related issues but you shouldn’t be that way to someone one giving you service who didn’t do anything to you at all. I’ve had another encounter with another girl who seemed to be high she was super rude and I had to baby her through my order telling her what I wanted like 5 times for each topping. These workers make coming here a bad experience!
