There is simply no question that Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are a step above all others and this one was no exception. The store was clean, staff members were polite and cheerful, and their bathrooms are also clean. The iced filled donuts are truly something special! Regular glazed are good, but the blueberry is something really worth tasting, these babies melt in your mouth! Ate way too many. So many choices to make. All were good!

Great experience. Outstanding customer service. Went in to try the cinnamon rolls and to see if I could get my birthday dozen. I have problems with the app. so the 2 counter people help out. The donuts and cinnamon rolls were a treat.

I ordered 5 creme filled donuts at $1.50 each that may as well had been regular glazed donuts being that they were hardly filled with anything!!!!! These are the lemon ones and the only reason why I don't have pics of the two raspberry filled, is because I was driving while I was eating them.

So, I gave up ordering online for a while because they kept getting my orders wrong or missing items. No, they are just canceling my online orders. I give up, won't be going back. Time for Dunkin' Donuts I guess
***Update, been a week and still haven't received refund on 2 orders I placed and never received. DO NOT TRY ONLINE ORDERING Their customer service is horrible and website hours are wrong!!

The rudest service or lack there of I have ever head, 7 30 in the morning, pulled on one door, locked, plenty of customers inside, pulled on the other door, locked, no signs or anything; finally a woman comes out telling me: we are taking care of these customers, otherwise we are closed....no reason, no sorry, nothing. Luckily there was another donut shop within walking distance.

I was fully prepared to come on here and write a bad review because I had a bad experience on Sunday. But the manager had great customer service skills and really made up for it.
The store hours haven’t been updated so the website allowed me to order while the store was closed, which was really upsetting. But this location has a great manager and knew how to apologize and make up for the situation. Will be coming back.

Do not bother with these losers
They will not fill a single donut until 8am??? . We just go somewhere else. They also own the rudest people in Richardson. It's ok they won't last much longer!

We called ahead to see if they were open for drive thru only and Kevin was very polite on the phone regarding their operating procedures. When we actually came by to get our doughnuts, Kevin was at the speaker in the drive thru and took our order with a really positive attitude. Our doughnuts tasted great, as you would expect, and we got them pretty quick.
