I just tried their new salad the other day, Citrus Asian Crunch salad with Chicken. It is absolutely amazing! You need to try it. I think it’s my favorite salad so far from this place. It has pickled red onions, cilantro, romaine lettuce, power vegetables blend, edamame, crispy carrot, teriyaki sauce, tangerine soy ginger dressing and seared chicken thigh. Everything goes so well with each other. Love it!

There is always too much confusion in the food preparation area. There have been so many times that I have received a text saying that my order is ready but when I get there nobody's even touched the order. There have been a couple times when I have had to open up my application and prove that I had purchased something. That is not cool. I love this location because the cashiers are amazing. They are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They are always happy to help. They deserve 5 stars.

I just got off the phone with the manager and I was not satisfied to say the least. I have been going here for years and like any establishment there has been service errors and it has always been corrected but tofay I ordered the 4 cheese soufflé and received the bacon. The problem is I don’t eat bacon. That’s fine I’ll call them. Well the manager who didn’t give me her name was very friendly about the situation but she asked the woman that bagged my order and she said she did put it correctly and then the manager said that's right i quality checked it as well. But that’s okay you can come back for a refund”. I then said I don’t understand why you don’t believe me I can show you and she continued to insist I was wrong but accepted what I was saying. Now I don’t like that or appreciate that. Why would I take time to lie about a few bucks. I love Panera but that’s very annoying to be suggested that I’m a liar like that

I visited this location last week. My daughter dropped a drink on the floor, the manager so kind offered to clean immediately and told me don’t worry. I don’t know her name but she have short hair I think blue color, I will be back to this location and ask for her name! She was awesome. Great service

This is an easy location to access. The server said they didn’t have chips and I was very disappointed. But, when I was given my food, the guy said they found 2 bags of potato chips and put them in my bag!😃😃😃fantastic customer service! I wish I asked for his name. He was patient taking my order when I asked questions. I recommend coming here!

I like this location and I come here often because I get the unlimited sip club, but the last week or two they've been completely out of coffee and tea several times I came. I understand occasionally not having coffee, but not even hot water for the tea? It's been disappointing because I otherwise come here minimum twice a week

Morning service is slow. 5 people waiting and he takes his time. Saw a wrap just sitting there for 3-4 minutes, they finally completed it. I order a sausage, egg, cheese Brioche breakfast sandwich. Grabbed it, went to work only to find out it ONLY had egg and cheese. Yesterday I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese on French roll. Before leaving I checked it. It had 2 small, I mean 2 small pieces of bacon, nor sausage?! First off, that'd their Bacon, egg, cheese sandwich, really it wasn't even half a full strip of bacon. I went back and said I ordered sausage! I mean you can't read the ticket. Twice in a month, lost my business.
