KFC has lost its taste - 8 pieces chicken I got today appeared to have been reheated (probably left over from yesterday) judging by the color, taste, texture - NOT crispy at all

Worst customer service. They would not let me substitute any sides on specials. They said they don't do substitutes at all. They have done them before but now they don't. I was willing to pay a difference but they said they don't do that. The "supervisor " didn't even want to give me managers number. So disappointed in their lack of willingness to work with customers who pay their check by purchasing there.

Surprisingly the food was really good. The mash potatoes were very tasty. I say that cause I often don't like the mash potatoes at chicken restaurants, but theirs were surprisingly good.

Do not stop by this place. Their food is nasty 🤢 and worse part they don’t do nothing about it. Last night I stop to get chicken strips they were cold and hard, fries were soggy and cold paid 15 dollars for such a nasty food. I love KFC but never will stop at this particular location.!

Employees at night very respectful.
I was like are you always this nice to customers? My friend said. Wow did you heard how he explained things to you? Very clear. Gave us the options and informed us about what we were ordering. I don't drink soda but he asked would you rather have tea instead of soda. ? Sure. We have and went ahead and described what was available to us. No rush never raised his voice.
Great attitude. I went back already 3 times.. still the same great service. Thank you KFC.

The girl running the drive thru sucks, i just wanted to purchase 2 sodas and she told me to get back in line and there was no line !

Our visit to KFC, was absolutely a great decision to make. Tried their chicken strip combo with 🍟 fries, it was delicious 😋. Take it from me. I have a very picky granddaughter that won't eat just anything. The service was great 👍. Would recommend this place.

Your chicken is awesome but I have one problem, your drive thru is so tight, I have a small car and I'm so afraid of scratching or ruining my car, I want to say fix that problem please but I don't see any room unless you knock down the concrete wall🤔😲😁
