Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is located in Rexburg Idaho. The nacho cheese was watery, the tortilla shell was soft and undercooked. The trash was not taken out. The tables were dirty. The bathrooms were not clean. It was not a good experience. The place was not busy but my food still took a long time to get out. Lots of lazy college students who don't care.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. I’ve had issues almost every time I have been here. This time while I was ordering, the girl kept asking after every item if that was everything. Very annoying. Finally when I got to the drive thru window the guy hands me my food and no sauce packets so I asked for them and he gave me a double handful☹️ I don’t need so many packets you have to use both hands to pick them up. On top of that they didn’t even cut my quesadilla. Next time I’ll just go to Idaho falls.

Went a couple days ago for breakfast with a friend. We went in store to place our order, we waited for over 30 minutes for our food. We should have gone through the drive thru because that's where the focus and priority was. Also, getting the breakfast was not a good idea. The couple burritos I got were just like the picture, not even filled. There were a couple bits of egg and barely any sausage. While we were waiting, we heard of others having orders incomplete and cold. The kiosks weren't working properly, no ice in the soda machine, and all soda was warm. It's sad, I used to love coming here.

I love Taco Bell but this one is probably the worst one I’ve been to. If you go within 2 hours of their closing you run a pretty solid risk of them being out of something. Once for me it was ground beef, and another time nacho cheese. I also went by one night and you could see all the employees just hanging out and one employee was with his girlfriend cuddling on the counter which was pretty uncomfy cause it was super visible from outside. Overall 0/10 would recommend

This Taco Bell is literally the dirtiest place I have ever seen. The floors look like they haven’t been scrubbed in weeks, the windows and doors were grimy, tables, every single one of them was dirty. High chairs were sticky. Soda machines looked like the syrup in the drain was caked inches thick. While I was eating my quesadilla, there was something crunchy that I bit into and left a dirt taste in my mouth. I lost my whole appetite and was done. This was at lunch, it wasn’t busy. This is also the second time I’ve been to this location and the first time the place was just as filthy, and I was the first customer. There’s no excuse for this. This is a college town with few options to eat out at. We should be able to trust that those working in the food industry are taking appropriate measures to ensure a clean place to people to eat. I know this place would fail a public health exam. And if this front looked like this, I don’t even want to imagine what the back where food is prepared looks like. This needs to be taken care of.

I don’t know why this place has such poor reviews. Every time that I’ve been here it has been incredible! The servers have always made the food in a timely manner and the food has always tasted incredible! My family literally raves about Taco Bell more than any other Mexican restaurant. Happy to be a long-time customer. I do feel bad that I didn’t post this review sooner. 🧡❤️🌮🛎
