Arby's

Wasn't the best service I've had, but certainly not the worst. Food quality is great for a fast food place. When I got my food, my sandwich was all over the place and the meat wasn't on the bun. If you slow down and make sure the sandwiches are put together properly, you'll be golden. Other than that, good food, and good place

One of the employees keeps changing roast beefs to beef n' cheddars and if you notice and want the one you ordered they're insisting to people that the sandwhiches are the the same price and refusing to correct it. I don't know how this has happened to 4 different people that I know in the last week. Really, really weird.

Not the fastest "fast food" but it's worth it. The chicken tenders used to be way bigger and way way juicier. But it's better than most other fast food. The prices are crazy high. I can order a meal at the Hickory for the same proces we've got at Arby's now. This is a 5 piece chicken tender meal I ordered today. They did throw in an extra piece, hopefully to make up for how little chicken there was. My picture has Bobby pins in the upper left corner for size reference. The big piece in the middle was great and juicy. The other pieces tasted old & chewy, and there was more breeding than actual chicken. I guess Arby's doesn't "have the meat" anymore.

Updated review: I’ve been the Arby’s twice since the past review and have been very pleased with the customer service. I came in one time for a catering order and had forgot to confirm it with they manager so they didn’t have it ready. Totally my fault but they were kind and got the order for 27 people ready with in 10 minutes. It was amazing!! I went just this weekend and over heard a customer expressing how “upset” he was to one of the staff. I was surprised and impressed by the staff member, Camryn and her response to the customer. Will return soon. Walked in and no one was at the cash register so we had to wait to order. After asking a guy to help he asked someone else to come over. There were about 3 groups that already had their food and were eating so I have no idea to why the cashier was gone. She also seemed annoyed to help us. Besides the service, the food was really good! Everything was warm and correct. (One thing that may be important to some is they do not have the typical Cherry Citrus soda.)
