*The service is great and the food is hot, but the attitude/management could be better.*
For over a year I've been visiting this BK for a quick meal on rushed days and they've always provided me quick service and the order I want in the way I want it. For that, I give them 4 stars.
I take off 1 star because for the last few months there has been a manager here who never seems grateful or welcoming. A few employees have apparently been infected with the same icy glares, scowls and downcast faces, although several have been quite pleasant.
With an attitude adjustment and possibly a management change this location could have it all!

For the most part I like this place. They do just fine. Came in today and the cashier wouldn't leave me alone. I just wanted to dink around for a few minutes while I figure out what I want to eat.
THEN, i'd walk up to the front and make my order. I've worked in fast food, I get it. A lot of times one person gets stuck doing people's work. Not sure if that's the case here or not, either way it's not a customers problem.
Calm the f*** down. Why would anyone pay to have someone dump stress on them? Especially when you have 3 other competitors within eyesight.
Another time, the lady who cleans table took it upon herself to talk to me then went on to pressure the staff about my order. Meant well, but It wasn't even taking a long time. I'm perfectly content to sit down and wait a few minutes. Why?

Food is always delicious. We receive accurate orders about 3/4 of the time we order drive thru.
The line is always slow to move. I can't say, I have ever had a bad customer service experience though.

Ordered the bacon stalker king meal and an 8 price mozzarella stick among other things. There was not a single price of bacon on my burger nor were there mozzarella sticks in our bag. The food we got tasted good though.

Waited in drive through line because it was busy for about 10 minutes (this was fine). We then got up to the speaker to be told to hold, waited a few minutes. We were then told to come back another day. We said excuse me? Received no response. Then drove around to the pickup window where another customer was being served and asked the girl at the window if they were closed and she apologized and said my manager is mad and I don't know what to do. Turning away business because you are upset is not the way to go. Felt bad for the employees left not knowing what to do because of a manager that can't be professional.

Today I ordered in the drive thru before I realized I didn't have my wallet with me. My order was $10 the manager was going to give me my order totally free but I had a $5 bill in my console that I gave him. I really appreciated him doing that. I know he didn't have to and it saved me alot of hassle.

It seemed like a simple order. One burger with tomatoes, one without. They left the tomatoes off both. The only reason i went there in the first place instead of making burgers at home was we didn't have tomatoes.

It's just your regular average Burger king. I've been here about a dozen times or so and never had any problems.
