Long lines as expected with BYU-I move in week. Staff did a good job at moving people through the line. Food was decent but disappointed that the sweet pork had very large chunks of firm pork that weren’t shredded. Also the guacamole had bigger pieces of firm avocado. Some confusion at the register area trying to keep all the entrees with the correct groups. I admit it was super busy and chaotic.

The general manager is so personable!!! He recognizes my husband each time he comes in because he also works in the fast food industry. The food here is also really good and filling. We come so much that I’m starting to get tired of it! We still end up coming back though😂 My only complaint is that sometimes the lobby is a mess and sometimes their beverage station is not stocked with essentials like lids or forks.

Overall nice experience! The scoops of sour cream and guacamole were a little on the small side especially since their guacamole is chunky which I like. There seemed to be a few extra employees than needed. They kept bumping into each other. One employee had to pull her mask off to be able to clearly communicate with the rest of the team which I'm sure gets annoying. They should just put up those plexiglass dividers so they don't have to wear masks (not that those work either but for all the fear mongers out there) Also they had little room for their to go orders they were just kind of stacked on the soda fridge and counter. And my nachos did sit on the end of the oven for a minute or two before somebody realized I was waiting for them. For how many employees there shouldn't have been any waiting for food that was ready. You guys need to look up the law of diminishing returns. Flavor on the sweet pork nachos and salad were good. Their vinaigrette is very very flavorful! Only complaint about the food was that the nachos could have been layered better all the flavor was at the bottom. Would recommend and would come again!

I love this location. The food is always great and the employees are amazing. To address the concerns of the people below me though, they probably didn’t close the store early. One of the doors gets stuck really easily and is difficult to open. You just have to pull hard. Too many people don’t pull hard enough and they don’t bother to check the other door (which is easier to open), so they assume it’s closed. Hope that helps for everyone!

Went in recently and had a great experience. Food was bomb and they got it out super quick. They happened to get my quesadilla order wrong (I totally understood, it was the dinner rush and there was way more quesadilla orders than usual) I let them know and in seconds an employee (who I assume was the manager, tall with brown hair) apologized and had my correct order at my table. Great food and great service and all the employees are polite!

I have ordered the beef Baja bowl here more times than I even know, and I always get it the same way. I’m normally very pleased and sometimes can’t even finish all of it. Today I hadn’t eaten at all and was very hungry. My Baja bowl was $10 for literally like 10 bites of food. There was hardly any meat or rice or anything else. It didn’t even reach up to half the container. I’m still pretty much as hungry as I was when I went in.
