Dunkin'

This location NEVER gets my order correct. I would rather go 30 minutes out of my way before returning to this location. If I say anything “excuse me, this isn’t what I ordered” I get a massive attitude and basically get told to deal with it. I’m surprised this location is even still around, it’s been like this for some time now.

Not the first time I have had this issue- my simple order of a large hot macchiato, Vanilla swirl, whole milk does not get Listened to Because the person taking the oder is pushing buttons instead of listening to what I am saying and the result is saying the same order a minimum of two times. To be proactive with this today I asked the person taking the order to please listen to the order before she started pushing buttons. She ignored that, and of course asked me to repeat the whole order again. When I mentioned this is why I asked you to listen, the incredibly rude and aggressive manager walked over screaming at me that it is wrong for me to approach his employee in that manner. Completely ignoring the fact that he is screaming at me telling me I'm wrong without even knowing the facts of what happened, and ignorantly making an issue of something that he himself is doing right at that moment. An exceptionally poor example of customer service. I will be contacting Dunkin ownership of this location to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, they have lost a customer. I'm guessing this is not the first, nor will it be the last time this happens with this manager there.
