This is the fav restaurant of me and my wife. Their food are so matching our taste.

As far as I know, Mandarin doesn't participate with most delivery services, but it is definitely worth the time to go pick up an order. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Despite all the options for Chinese-American cuisine we have in Reston, this is the place we go to every single time. Our go-tos: Kung Pao chicken lunch special, beef with broccoli, combo lo mein and steamed meat dumplings. Yum.

I ordered the orange chicken, broccoli beef, lo mein, and rice. The orange chicken is the best I’ve ever had! The broccoli beef is average, the lo mein is good, the rice is dry.

We are visiting VA, want to eat quick dinner as we don’t have time for dine-in restaurant. After searching in google, found Mandarin and ordered fried rice after seeing reviews. Fried rice is super. Good portions too. Wanted to leave review immediately as they deserved it. With fried rice you won’t be disappoint . It’s the best

I order takeout from here almost once a week (sometimes more) and never have I experienced any rotten food or bad smells in the restaurant (I question those peoples' real motivations for writing their review)... This is my favorite place to eat in Reston simply because the food is delicious. Mandarin gets really busy at times but the staff is friendly and are always prompt in the time they say the food will be ready by. Don't take my word for it though, try it out for yourself

This is, without exaggeration, my all-time favorite restaurant.
The food is absolutely delicious (my favorite being the general tso's tofu, where the tofu's texture is spot on and the flavor knocks it out of the park), they've got a good selection of teas, the portions are enough for multiple meals, and the staff is always incredible friendly to talk to.
Whenever out-of-town friends or family visit I usually treat them to food from Mandarin and it's a guarantee hit.
Can never recommend this place enough.

My favorite take-out place in this area and my go-to place when I was working in Reston. They make authentic Chinese food and the quality and flavor are great even for a Chinese-born. My favorite dishes: Salt pepper chicken wings, bamboo shoots pork, tofu shrimp, tofu dice with pork, Chengdu beef, green bean chicken, string bean chicken, Muxu Chicken, etc. the list goes on.

I had pretty much given up ordering Orange Chicken - I couldn't find one that compared to the way my favorite Chinese place back home did it. But! Seeing it on the chef's choice section of the menu, I was hopeful. It was delicious! Highly recommend - not too sweet. Our food arrived piping hot and quickly. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Love the food, the portions are my favorite part because it’s just enough to fill me up I never feel empty after! Not to mention the staff is super sweet! So it makes the experience a lot better!

Always great food and friendly service. We only ever take out and have been doing so for almost a decade. We love the Crystal Chicken, Dumplings, Double Cooked Pork, and Lo Mein.
