I had a great experience at Cava Reston! The food was delicious, and the service was attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. My only minor complaint is that the portions could be a bit larger for the price, but overall, it's a solid dining choice.

I recently have been to different cavas in fairfax county but the one I have really enjoyed going to was the cava in reston. Not only for their delicious food but for the great customer service. Masuma and Victoria have always made my bowls and they are very kind and helpful when I ask for new suggestions. These two ladies definitely deserve a raise for the smiles they put on customers. I recommend everyone to go to this cava. 5/5 fast food place.

Food is always good, tasty, fresh and filling. Some of their staff give really excellent service…I have a child with severe allergies, who loves Cava, and they always wash their hands, put fresh gloves on and are considerate of their allergies. Special mention to Brian M, who has served us a few times and is incredibly helpful and polite - nothing too much trouble. For an environment where it’s not tip-driven, this is all the more commendable, as he really represents their brand well.
So to summarise…good healthy-option food, good service

It's not a restaurant, but you can dine in. It's more of a chipotle kind of setting. The servers have always been friendly, the food is always great tasting and fresh. I would advise that you download the app to order ahead. It's not that there's crowds, but there can be a little wait. I also like to go full custom with my meals and just find it easier that way. They have one kid meal but my 5 year old is cool with it. The meals aren't too big but they do hit the spot!

I invited my brother to join me for lunch at Cava, as he had never been there before. We both decided to order bowls with braised lamb, and I couldn't resist trying the pita as well. The staff at Cava was excellent; they patiently answered all our questions and provided service with a smile. The ingredients used in our meals were undoubtedly fresh, which made a noticeable difference in taste. If you appreciate Mediterranean cuisine or follow a Mediterranean diet, I highly recommend adding Cava to your list of must-try places.
