It’s a nice place to hangout, clean and kind staff. Specially good for hot chocolate after ice skating. Always busy and has quite a line, I recommend to order online but have in mind that it may take longer than the site says. The cappuccino is good and the oatmeal with almonds & quinoa fulfill its purpose.

Line moved very slowly and they seemed understaffed. All orders were prepared to go even if you were eating there. According to the sign on the door this was to save time. Seems strange to me. Food was good though and we got it in a reasonable amount of time.

Panera is always a good option for good food fast. Stopped in for a quick breakfast prior to a conference at the Hyatt Regency Reston! Very convenient location if you are staying at the hotel as it’s located in the lobby, and using the app and rapid pick up your order can be ready as soon as you reach from your room. This was my first Panera breakfast and I went with the sausage, scrambled egg, and cheese on brioche. It was a great egg sandwich and their iced coffee is a delicious accompaniment. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the quality of food, selection of half or whole portions, calorie counts, brown eco friendly packaging and napkins, and way they serve customers. I love the combination and taste of ingredients in the Ancient Grain Arugula Salad with Chicken. So much so I had to visit another Panera a few days later to try something else. I was confused by the self ordering system and did not realize that it was for credit/debit paying customers only, but you live and learn.

It's hard to say anything more about a place that has good quality, excellent food that is made prior to your arrival when you order on the app. Everything in my order was there and just to my liking. They had good service and friendly people.

I've only been here a handful of times since I'm from out of town, but my experiences have been pleasant. The cashiers were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for the ingredients in half the smoothies on the menu as I have food restrictions and the cashier knew them all like the back of his hand. On my most recent visit I had the friendliest check-out of my life with Dez. I usually can't go wrong with a Panera, but this one was especially warm.

The largest Panera Bread store to which I have ever been! Plenty of new menu items had been added. The staff were very friendly, as well.

This Panera was extremely kind and helpful. When my sibling ordered the wrong thing on accident, the manager brought her out what she meant to order free of charge. This establishment was particularly kind and happy to satisfy costumers. Even though it was my sibling's fault, they happily sought to resolve the issue. Great service!

My food was delicious!! My 2nd time here & I love it. I had the steel oatmeal with Apple crisp (real Apple chips), with pecans & cinnamon for flavor. I also had a cinnamon raisin bagel with spinach, gouda cheese, egg & bacon. A pecan roll with fresh tea!! Everything was fresh & the wait was short! Very clean & spacious!! Gotta pay for parking in this area but it's worth it.
