It's subway. The sandwiches are exactly the same in each location. However, this location doesn't offer the pretzels like the one in Lemmon Valley does. But the staff is friendly and the location is clean. Great place for processed meat and cheese on bread.

Today, 3/22, I went there to try again from the previous review. Letty was amazing. She was helpful. Great customer service. She was even wearing a custom made Subway shirt, Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. If I go by again and see she is working , I'm definitely going in.
4 months ago-I didn't even go inside because the employees (3) were not wearing their mask. Do they not know you have to wear a mask due to Covid.

Mid 20s maybe early 30s guy. Terrible. Forgets to even make orders for take out. I come in numerous times to see his just doodling in a notebook in the "dining" area. An old white guy just hanging out. Clearly a buddy. Which is unprofessional and frankly unnerving.
Food is... Subway. Nothing spectacular. But speedy. Sometimes. So thats cool.

This place is a disaster at best. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes with not a word mentioned to me and 3 people running around trying to make 1 sandwich. Really expected better. Employees wearing sweatpants while working and not professionalism

Guys working tonight were great. I usually dont go to subway but i will deffinetly be back if these guys are working. Great staff and sense of humor. Wish i got their names to give them the props they deserve

Because they didn't have enough change, they shorten my change back. I understand there is a shortage of change and it was only 15 cents short. But they shouldn't make the customer take the loss. What bothered me was the fact that they expect you to take the loss, they just told me "you're only getting 25 cents back instead of 40". I did mentioned to them I shouldn't be the one taking the loss and one of the employees did apologize, which makes me think they are only doing what they are told by management.

Both sandwiches were extremely dry, and one sandwich was sadly lacking in toppings. I had selected double vinegar and oil for mine, and I don't believe I got any at all. My wife's sandwich had to have mayonnaise added to it because it was so terribly dry, and this will definitely be the only time that we order from this particular subway.

This place is under new ownership as of 10/31/2019. Great staff, a woman there called me beautiful and that made my day and there is a young man there who is really funny and cordial. They were good and efficient. It used to take about 30 minutes to get a sandwich and you were lucky if it was made right. I'm so happy for the change.
