Subway

Some of the reviews below are really exaggerative . I've been to this location many times and out of all those times I have been out in less than 10 minutes . I am a traveler and have toured almost all of Reno and other areas . Out of all the subways this has been the best location. The workers are really nice and have a great sense of humor. I came in tired one day from a hike in Lake Tahoe and they received me with the best attitude. As I walked in I noticed it was really clean . The floors are well swept and mopped. The lines are always full with food. The service is always really speedy and the sandwiches I've ordered have always been great. I love this subway and plan on being a loyal customer for as long as I'm in Reno .

I ordered online from this Subway, but when I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready, I found the store closed. The lights were off and the doors were locked. The sign on the window said they were open, but they were closed. I called and left messages about refunding my money since I never received my order, but I never received a call back. The next day I stopped by around noon only to find the store still locked up. The owners of a different Subway told me that the manager of this store is having money troubles. Does that mean they have the right to steal my $40? Nope. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard anything from her. Had to call corporate numerous times to get anywhere. They insisted on sending messages to the owner (which were also ignored). Sounds like the owner is on her way out of business.

Horrible service, food is not fresh at all, sloppy work. Pretty ironic when Subway saying is "Subway eat fresh" but it's really not. This is the worst location I've been too and for them not to take subways coupon is pretty ridiculous and I do agree with the post below me. The owners are greedy. This location makes Subway name look so bad. I will be emailing corporate as well. Save your time and go across the street to Port of subs or even Smith's makes better sandwich! I'm pretty sure they will be losing a lot of customers due to them not excepting coupons.

This Subway is Super Customer Friendly &' They have Absolutely Fast Service. I Recommend This subway To The Fullest. I've Been everywhere In Reno &' There's Nothing Like This Subway If You're Looking For A Fast &' Affordable Place To Grab A Snack or Some food For A Trip To tahoe I Suggest This Subway. The staff Are Super Friendly &' Nice. The Place Is Super Clean Inside &' Out No Disappointment In This. Great work Subway Workers Keep up The Amazing Work .

Today was a very busy day for my wife and I. Rather than spend the rest of the evening making dinner, we decided that we would participate in Subway's National Sandwich day's Buyer one get one promotion. We first visited the store at 1311 steamboat pkwy # 800, Reno, NV 89521 (store #: 31574) after having to drive 15 minutes to get there, we were informed that that particular store was not participating in the promotion. Rather than simply give up on our dinner plans, we decided to try the the next closest Subway at 465 S. Meadows pkwy #19, Reno, NV 89521(store #30786) which is about another 10 minute drive. When we arrived, we were told that they also were not participating in the promotion. At this point, we came to the decision that Subway does not deserve our business if they are not going to require their stores to honor the promotions they are advertising in our region. We elected to go across the street and have dinner with Port of Subs since they do not practice such bait and switch tactics. At the moment, I have no intention of returning to any subway, and will use this experience as a way of discouraging others from doing the same. I will be submitting a separate review for the 1st store we visited.
