Closed at 3p on a Saturday. Wish I would have known you keep different hours than what you have posted. Also wish you hadn’t accepted my order on your app and charged me for an order when you’re not open. Reply to owner: I noticed you offer the same response to all the negative feedback you receive. I wanted to let you know both the options you recommend for your customers (contact us page and phone number) have not yielded any response. Maybe you want to rethink suggesting those options going forward, knowing now neither will actually do anything for your customers. Also, when calling the number google has for your store, it says the voicemail is not setup.

Usually come here for açaí bowls but wanted to try the vanilla sky bowl today. When they called my name I saw they had made me a smoothie and not a bowl. When I said something they replied with “we have two different ones for the vanilla sky” and that was not specified when I ordered. They didn’t offer to remake it even after I overheard them say to the previous customer that they always remake incorrect orders. I’m a barista so I know exactly how annoying it can be when you have to remake something but I’m kinda disappointed in the lack of communication nonetheless.

The people that work there are incompetent and clueless. I have had two bad experiences at this jamba juice. First one happened two weeks ago. I ordered a large aloha pineapple for my son. I didn't taste it immediately and that was my mistake. On our drive back home I asked my son for a sip. The smoothie was awful. The strawberries used had gone bad. I felt so bad because my son had almost drank half of it and didn't say anything. I went today to the same jamba juice and told the staff about my experience and they seemed indifferent. I was helped by a high school age young lady. I tried to pay with a gift card which can be used at multiple locations i.e. Panera, Burger King, Jamba Juice, Peets,... She swiped my card twice and said that it must be expired. I told her that It had just been gifted to me. She told me to look on the back and said that the 04/27 meant it was expired. I took my gift card back and paid with my visa. Once I got home I examined my gift card. The front of the card clearly says: "Attn cashier: Please ring up as "credit" not "gift". I called the 855 number on the back to check the balance and it had $25.
