Subway

I came to this Subway location after a negative experience with another Bellevue location. Excellent customer service! I even tried their NEW sliders, because of how welcome I felt! There were 2 people ahead of me and I don't mind to wait. The man at the counter welcomed me actually when I came right in the door and the floor was clean too, like fresh mopped! He even marked the two sandwiches that were both hot and asked me if I needed different bags for each sandwich, which I did😁, thank you !

Prices are way too high compared to the competition now that the $5 foot long is gone. I am not paying $7+ for a Subway sandwich when it doesn't even matter what meat you get because they all taste the same. Subway is to sandwiches as McDonald's is to hamburgers, except this Subway seems to have forgotten that they are an entry level sandwich with inexpensive ingredients and their product does not justify a premium price. I walked out when I saw that the "daily deal" was almost $7 for a foot long. I felt for the quality $5 was pushing it, but now that even the $5 deal is gone, so is my business to Subway. Better options for $7+ sandwiches includes Jimmy John's and any grocery store. (At Jimmy John's the different meats actually changes the flavor of your sandwich. Subway has yet to discover this technology)

I got horrible customer service here. I came here to pick up lunch for myself and my coworker. The person making the sandwich argued with me about how I wanted my sandwich and they person ringing me up, argued with my digital coupon and i was double charged. Then nobody would fix it. Will not return. Jimmy John's next time.

Been going here for years (~4). I work nearby and eat here maybe 10-12x a month - just what I do to get away from work at lunch. Great staff and product. Only writing a review because I'm shocked that anyone would find the product and service anything other than what you should expect from a subway.

We were there for breakfast on Sunday right when they opened at 9. Whoever closed the night before completely did not do their job, as the floor was full of napkins and pieces of food, and all of the tables were dirty. I don't know if the fellow working there that morning was grumpy because the Saturday night shift had left the place so messy or whether he just hated his job, but he was definitely not friendly.
