Horrible experience and shoddy customer service. Turns out they close service at 830 pm. I placed a pick up order for 9 pm (since it says so that they are open till midnight) and had to go to drive through since every other door was closed. When I went there, the staff was saying straight to my face that they would not encourage pick up since I came by foot (I lived nearby). If so, they either should not allow online orders beyond a point or they should have cancelled the order rather than condescendingly saying yeah you know what it is not on us as if I should have known better. Made us feel really awkward. Would have given 0 stars if I could and surprised that they are still running.

This location has the same interior as it did 30 years ago, but that’s part of the charm. It’s VERY clean, and service is prompt and friendly, which is a real feat considering they’ve got a busy drive-thru, mobile orders, and a steady stream of dine-in/to-go customers. I also got a great deal on my meal: a double cheeseburger, a 4-pc chicken nuggets, a small bowl of chili, and a medium fries and drink, all for less than $10. I was impressed and will definitely be back soon.

Poor customer service. I ordered ahead of time so when I take my lunch it would be ready. It stated it was ready so when I went to pick up I went to drive thru then they had me stand next to door and said my order was not ready. A lunch rush went thru the drive thru of about 11 cars and lunch was over for me before I even got my food, mind you I am a UPS driver with limited time to eat.
