Costco

I am a big fan of Costco, especially Costco’s gas price. I have visited several Costco stores around Seattle and Everest area, but this one is something different. There are more unique selections of products and items. I always have things to wander around in this location. The price is reasonable with high quality and extended warranty duration. The service is top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone

What can I say, I'm a massive fan of Costco. Price, quality, customer service, return policy, it's all top notch. I love how they bring in new items all the time, there is always something to marvel over. And they have the best gas prices anywhere! Also, the way they handled safety during the pandemic was admirable, social distancing, spraying the carts, shields to protect staff & customers at checkout - all implemented rapidly and effectively. Keep up the great work Costco.

My wife like to call our Costco trips “date night” cause tbh, we’d rather come and shop here than going to a restaurant or a movie theater. Costco has great deals on many items including food, appliances, clothes, etc. Best of all, can’t beat the $1.50 hot dogs! Also, Costco’s gas is cheaper than most other gas stations.

Great place to buy gas and buy items for cheap in bulk. But they have brought up their prices for a few bakery/food options. For example, 2 years back the churro was a dollar and know it’s a $1.50 (same with other items). Gas prices are also decent but there is usually a ruckus of people to get to there. The store experience overall is decent but if you haven’t been to a Costco then you will have a hard time finding where things are. Customer service is very helpful and nice. The restroom are clean and oftener sanitized. You really can find everything here.

Yesterday, my husband went in to Costco with my card to pay. I was out in the parking lot when he called and told me the card didn't work. The purchase price was about 150 more than I expected, so I asked them to split the charge across two cards. They refused to run the card because they realized it was my name, not my husband's. That's completely reasonable, so I walked into the store with my son, whose birthday was yesterday. Me presenting my current state issued driver's license with my married name and my old one with my maiden name (which is still on the cards) wasn't enough. It took them 40 minutes to "verify" my membership and accept my payment. Then, as we were paying, they held up a Galaxy Tab A7, which we never asked for, and starred where they were charging me for it on the receipt. Luckily, I hadn't completed payment, and they were able to remove it, but what the heck? This is why the total was $150 more than expected. This is why my card didn't work. This is why I ultimately ended up having to go home with my child instead of getting party supplies, for his party today, with him first. I'm planning on calling corporate, and I may just cancel my membership altogether. I only go to this store, because the one in Tukwila is full of employees not wearing masks. I've been a Costco member for years, but at this point, I'm not sure I care to risk employees adding expensive things to my cart.

Took more than an HOUR to get my food. Unacceptable! The workers are worse then any fast food place. When I asked about substituting my fruit smoothie they denied.(The machine was empty they wanted me to wait for the fruit to get frozen? Who does that?) Other people also were waiting hours. When I asked the Costco worker for my soda he tries giving me some small clear 4oz cup. I ask again he tells me I have to pay for it? I tell him I did pay for it and showed him the receipt. Everyone basically shut down bcuz they had no more foil. They can't multi task, I saw 10 people working. Perhaps the worst Costco food court in the States.
