Panera Bread

I’m a regular at this location, I come pretty much weekly. This location used to be the best but lately they’ve been slacking. I ordered a tuna sandwich but what I got looks like a veggie sandwich with a side of tuna. Unacceptable. Last time I ordered a Baja bowl and it barely had any beans and corn. Panera isn’t exactly cheap so please get it together.

Been going to this location for years (pre and during COVID). The service has significantly tanked in the last year. (Have not seen this same drop at other locations in the area). They consistently take WAY too long to prep simple orders, when they obviously are not busy. Food quality is good, as expected, but service is very bad including negative attitude when we comment on how long it took. Lots of other non-Panera options in Redmond area that we will start visiting.

missing food often. every time i do cafe pickup it tells me a wait time and then i almost always have an additional 15-20 minute wait in the cafe. would suggest they up their completion time it tells me when i order. update: still consistently out of options, not updated online for what’s sold out and have to change last minute at pickup. this location is always giving me a hard time.

I ordered a group brockley chedar and it wasn't even half full, I just don't understand why I paid 29 dollars for it, it wasn't even enough to feed 2 people. It's just unfair and then the same story happend yesterday when I ordered single bread bowl soup It wasn't half a cup. If you are out of the food you can simply call people and let them know, not make them stop ordering at their favorite place. I'm not a type of person who spend hours to write stupid reviews and I've worked in food industry my self, all I know is that this isn't cool, it's called stealing and taking advantage of costumers
