Great. Heated seats! Why were they so warm? I loved it nevertheless. Actually it may of been the sun... Oh well. Yeah good employees, and good food. I mean not good for you but like tastes good. 5 stars.

Sat in line at Burger King over 10 minutes, and they barely started to serve the 6 cars ahead of me. Backed out, and went to Arby’s instead. Fantastic timely service with a smile, and great food.
I regret not getting the name of the gal in the drive through window to share it here, but she does her job well, and with a good personality and welcoming attitude and smile, she’ll keep patrons coming back.

We love coming to this specific Arby’s location. They food is always hot and fresh. The staff are all polite and friendly, and the restaurant is clean.
Typically we use the Drive Thru as we are in town running errands. They always give my dog a biscuit and some water.
We all leave satisfied!
My go-to is The Classic Roast Beef.
*** I want the potato cakes back!!!! But I know that was Corporate’s decision and not this store’s.

Ok, for a Redmond fast food place, the Arby's employment staff is hitting home runs.
Above and beyond, smiles, patience in the drive thru, quick with orders, not pulling every car around to wait, like McDonald's.

The little gal in drive thru tonight has a Attitude! With no Customer Service Skills! Miss understanding my order is one thing! But not wanting to fix it! Asked if wanted any sause. Then puts my food at the window while she made someone else's drink! Shoves it out the window & walks away! To go take another order so I checked to make sure it was right & she forgot the sauce!

The girl in the drive thru that took my order was very nice. Accommodating to my toddler because she was not having a good time and she heard it through her headset. Then trying my second attempt to order a red dodge w/ a diesel engine pulled in right behind me. I was thinking, "okay I just need to head home", she wanted me to pull up to the window. She took my order there and was just really nice to talk with.

They are usually very fast, but today were experiencing staffing issues. They were very nice about it and apologetic, but it did take a very long time. Folks inside are working very hard so I'll still leave them five stars. Just know that it might not be fast.

This location is usually pretty good. Once the manager told me I couldn't modify a sandwich, if I use a coupon to purchase it, but I think he realized that was ridiculous, so I haven't had that issue since.
