Mcdonald's

Last time I went to this McDonald's location, I ordered a happy meal and they forgot the drink that comes with the happy meal. Today, I went to this same location and ordered a happy meal again. The only items in the box were the chicken nuggets, chocolate milk and the toy. There were no fries (or extra fries they call it if you don't want apple slices). I ordered myself a medium fry and not only were the fries almost cold but there was a hair in them. I will not be returning to this McDonald's.

I would not recommend eating from this establishment. The entire work force is slow, ill informed, lack proper social ettiquette, and serve food in which has been sitting for quite some time. There were only two individuals in the interior and 4 cars outside and yet somehow it took them 15 minutes to manage a frappe. Their fries were clearly old and had soaked up all the grease from fries constantly being tossed on top. They believe the interior cannot hear them speaking about customers request and truly should have nothing to say about anyone with how many of them were poorly kept, with uncombed hair, and wrinkled uniforms. This is not the first time I have had and seen all of these issues from this location. I have just chosen to finally make it publicly known.

I am dissatisfied with their customer service. The manager was very unprofessional. I tried to order 2 additional breakfast sandwiches and they told me no while I was trying to pay for it at the first window. After telling me “no,”they pretty much just cancel my order, and I had to tell them let me pay for what I already order. The manager seem to feel as though she could just cancel my order, because she disagreed with me about adding on at the window. She claimed that she has been working for the company for 16 years and McDonalds have never done this. This could have been handle differently. She did not have the right to try and cancel my food.
