Asked for cooked to order fries and I guess the window girl felt the fries she provided qualified. I reminded her of what I requested. She shyly but with a grin said "They aren't fresh?" Had to pull forward and wait. Another young lady brought them out with the best smile. I told her that I appreciated seeing that, which made her smile even bigger. Perfect experience would have been getting the order right, but the friendliness and smiles made it better.

Drive through no one was in line in front of me, but it still took 10 min to gett two simple double cheese burgers. The guy was at the window scratching his head and leaning on the counter at the window, the broom was laying in the floor. It was as if mom wasn't home and the kids were running things

The new cashier at this location at night is the best. He doesn't rush you. I've had problems at this location but since the new staff 5 star. Only mcdonalds I'll goto

Besides over charging me 1 item they DID correct my order and apologized. Man my food was so hot and fresh. I will go to this one all the time. Thanks for the great service and quality fresh food

This McDonalds is okay. But their customer service skills overall needs some brushing up. Being that I use to work in customer service myself , some team members come off RUDE ! I use to come here often but I just go to another McDonalds in the area because their customer service is MUCH better ! I mean here at this McDonald’s even the MANAGER is rude

Whomever the counter girl was on Tuesday April 5th at 1:45pm NEEDS A RAISE. She was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and my food was seriously the best McDonald’s I’ve had in YEARS.

It was curbside delivery they gave me the fries cold and old and I asked for extra sauce and cheese and sandwiches never will put on I came to complain they gave me the biggest very rude employees they never make your order right or give it to you the right way I really want to go back there again unless my kids make me go for their ice cream cones because it's like 3 minutes away from my house...

My only problem I have is there a no hair restrain no mask wearing and they need to have gloves and change them after use
