They absolute worst..
Ordered my food on the mobile app
Went to pick up when it said it was ready
Got to the store, it was closed except for drive-thru
I had to wait behind 14 other cars before I got to the pickup window for them to tell me they had not begun to make my food yet 😁

They always get it wrong.. And charge you for what did not get...and when call to complain, they pretty much just tell you sorry my bad

Got the chicken sandwich combo. I forgot I don't like fries tried them on the ride home and ate them all before I got home. The sandwich was good and hot 🔥 (temperature). Staff was polite and friendly.

Placed an order through the KFC app, went to pick up the food and was advised at 9:15pm they were out of food. Mind you, they close at 10pm. Contacted corporate customer service for a refund. No apologies, nothing! Received an automated response for my refund. Highly disappointed!
