Visited here on a Sunday morning early and it was nice and quiet with a very helpful and cheery lady barista. The only downside of our visit was the tired furniture. Otherwise it was great and I'd go back for sure!

Love the coffee and cakes, but generally looks as if it needs a good clean, lack if staff as usual and no WiFi which is a pain as it's like a Blackmore, no signal at all. Def used to have free WiFi!

Had a doctors appointment arrived early so we had a americano each and walnut and banana cake slice each sat outside in my wheelchair for ease but even though it was windy and a bit chilly we were warmed by the lovely coffee and cake cheered us up before doctors appointment!!! Vicki

I am a regular customer at the Redditch Cafe Nero branch, the coffee is great but what really brings me back are the staff. Becky and frank are brilliant. Becky always has a smile on her face and always makes you feel welcome. 100% reccommend
