Wendy's

I went to the one at Hilltop in Redding CA at midnight on 4-1-22. I didnt have to wait long. The staff were very friendly, and they individually wrapped our apple pecan salads and they double bagged my french fries, and it was crispy, hot, and tasty!! Thank you midnight crew, you made my experience there pleasant!!

A month ago I would have given this store 5 stars. The staff gave excellent service and the food was good. However, as I’ve continued going the food quality (or cooking of it) is terrible. I order fries without salt, so they are freshly made, and they are lukewarm and limp. The burgers are greasy. I has digestive issues with the sweet tea, it tastes canned. The unsweetened tea is better but still has a chemical taste to it. And the older man was managing the store (as far as I could tell) my last visit when my order was prepared incorrectly. He said I changed my order and could care less about the quality of the food or his service!

Went to this Wendy's for a treat for my family. Got 3 breakfast sandwiches on biscuits. Got home there was grease running out of wrapping. All the sandwiches were on hamburger buns. There were 3 cars in line in front of me and it took them 30 minutes to get to my order. People at window were rude. Bad place to eat. Don't waste your money

Fast food? Nah… Slow service, waited 10 mins and then was told it would take even longer for my Classic Chicken Sandwich… Probably 7 cars in the drive-thru that didn’t move, even in the time it took me to eat my meal in the car. Friend orders the chili and part of a bun was in it? Definitely would never come back here, you shouldn’t either.

Like many chain restaurants, going there means you generally know what to expect, at least menu-wise. This Wendys made me a perfect Double Baconator burger, Patty's were hot, cheese was melting, the bacon was on spot. And I love the buns! I could have eaten two, but ya, y'know...need to watch the waistline. I was pleased that they easily understood my request for an Arnold Palmer (half ice tea, half lemonade) and it both tasted great and was refreshing on a warm day. Five Stars Wendy's, good job!
