Had a nice time. A lil warm inside but it was 110 outside. Celebrated my sons bday with family. Employees were very helpful. Havent been indoors anywhere non essential.....so it was nice to have some normalcy again.

After spending a day out hiking in the Lake Shasta area, my sister & I thought it would be nostalgic to stop by Chuck E. Cheese & order a pizza for our 3 hour drive back home.
We called in & placed a phone order. We asked if we could have the pizza in 10 minutes & the employee was so kind & said he could make that happen.
Luckily, we ended up checking out the sundial bridge & putting gas before picking up our order (a total of 20 mins) & we headed over to pick up our order.
The cashier immediately saw me pull up to the parking lot & welcomed me. He had glasses & when I got to the register he laughed & mentioned how we thought we weren't going to show up despite how serious we sounded over the phone. Imagine, two mid-20 year olds ordering pizza for pick up (out of all the places).
Such great customer service. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable.

Chuck E Cheese birthday! Our granddaughter is 13 but still enjoys a Chucky birthday. She got the deluxe package with balloons, prizes, pizza, drinks, ice cream and all the fixings.
Rachel our host did an amazing job! She was on top of everything, and a sweetheart to work with.
The girls all had a blast! One thing to note here is that Redding does not have Play Pass, so games are not unlimited! They only give you 60 tokens so you'll have to purchase more.

Took my 3 year old to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time, and my first time in YEARS. I love how they still had a few of the throwback games and lots of new updated games. The two employees I saw were extremely nice and informative! Think one was a manger for sure. The salad bar was so nice and the food was better than I expected that’s for sure. Very clean. Nostalgic feelings as they still had the old videos playing and Chuck E. Cheese on stage. Definitely going back! Very good prices too.

It's fun for kids. Was a great place for a 6 year old b-day party. Pizza is so so. The service could have been more upbeat an chunky looked badddd . Kids had fun.

Patient and under standing about all my concerns and payments. The only reason it's not five stars is because when I payed on line it stated "Payment Complete" but it was only the deposit that was Complete. If that could be made more clear honestly there were no issues! My baby girl is now saying Chucky is her favorite! I really appreciate the extra time he spent with our crew! Shout out Bianca and the rest of the night crew on 12/10/21

Customer services are awesome especially if u do a party for your kiddos! Pizza not the best but the party pretty awesome for your children the workers really get into it. Nice to see that. Salad bars got alot of items for salad.
