Panda Express

It was disappointing dining here tonight. Right from the start it was bad. A good 5 people behind the counter were cooking and serving the drive thru window, one was out in the lobby trying to lock the door 30 minutes early. None of them greeted us and we waited a good 3-4 minutes before anyone said a thing. Once being served about half of the food was missing. Veggies were as dry as could be. We skipped those on our order of course. The girl helping us was short in stature and in service edict. We could see they we cleaning part of the lobby, had it blocked with chairs and everything. She made it a point to say dont go over there. When we asked for a few extra plates so we could share the bigger plate we got an eye roll and huff. Fortune cookies had to be asked for. My family loves panda express. I have even been recognized by staff working other locations in my home town. Typically panda express does a great job, this location is lacking in service and quality. Avoid this location if possible.

The food here is surprisingly good for being fast food. The veggies are always fresh and they shake things up with new offerings all the time. In addition, it's super easy to place an order online and either have them deliver it, or pick it up yourself at the drive through window. Oh, and just to let you know, they've never messed up my order, unlike other places.

As a customer it is my favorite locación. Food is fast. The only issue that I've had would be rice undercooked, and the super greens having gigante pieces of raw cabage. Butter food is delicious and their different option great. I'm also a dasher and for the most part they are quick with orders however there is a girl desirae who is completely unprofessional and does not like helping dashers with their pick up. I was very sad and dissapointed that they let someone like her be a cashier.

This Panda store ignores its own covid mask requirements. There are signs on the entry door and at the order here line that clearly state masks are required. It is also a state wide mandate that masks be worn indoors. Yet while sitting in the dining area we saw nine people in a row walk in without masks, didn't even have masks on their chins or around their necks. They ordered food, waited for their food and then dined in. The staff said nothing. Clearly management at this Panda does not care, so we left. Don't recommend you dine here if safety for you and your family are a primary concern.
