Subhouse

We were dropping off some boots that needed to be have new soles put on (my husband loves his work boot). We decided to shop their outlet downstairs, and we both left with a new pair of boots at about 40% off normal retail. The staff was helpful in measuring our feet to ensure we got the right size and width. We also each decided to try a pair of their lifetime warranty socks, but it may take a while for us to know how well they last.

6/8/2022 = 5 Star = so far i love their costumer service , they respond quick , they said they will replace my shoe , they email me a prepaid postage to ship my bad one, now just need to wait , ill update once i received my replacement. 6/6/2022 = 5 Star = Why we buy Redwings? simple answer = we want better shoe that will last longer and protect us , That's why we pay more. Most of my shoe's are redwings , I called by phone coz bought my shoes not even a year and complaning my shoe that ripped off the back on both foot, went to the store where i bought it from , they said they cant do anything after 6 months and decided to call this corporate office and not even 2 ring they answer right away and get my info and sent me email to respond with pictures on it. Will see how they will handle it.

Very cool place! There is a mini museum upstairs, a giant boot, of course red wing boots for sale, male and female, plus an outlet store in the basement! Extremely friendly staff...not too pushy and very helpful and well informed.. I've never been here before today, but I'd definitely visit again. What a cool location.

I came into the store 10 minutes before closing. I apologized right away. I was on a mission for work shoes. Three employees working and all spectacular!!! I wasn’t able to find what my company wants for shoes but highly recommend this store. A+ service!!! Friendly and humorous!!! I’ll definitely tell everyone and will be back 😃😃😃😃

Had an excellent experience working with McKenna at this location! We arrived shortly before closing knowing the exact boots we were looking for. She promptly and professionally helped us find the pair, ensured they fit properly and got us checked out and on our way. Hope to work with her again soon!
