Fusion Cafe

This was my first experience here and I was more than impressed by the food. A separate gluten free fryer and great tasting. The service was slow when I went but very friendly, attentive and pleasant. I will be a reoccurring customer at this location as I love their ginger beef having a nice balance of sweet to spicy. A new and instant favourite in my books. I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm from Calgary, and this place is by far the best Chinese restaurant I've been to. Beats the Chinese restaurants in Calgary in my opinion. Food taste great (specially the ginger beef, must have... best I've had). The service is top notch, very friendly staff. Would definitely come back when I get the chance to drive up to Red Deer. Only complain I have is that I wish they're located in Calgary. So if you're in town, I definitely recommend eating here. You wont be disappointed.

I have been to this place a few times now, and I am happy to say it has been good to great. The food is really good in my opinion. I love food and I have to say it's probably my favourite Chinese/Vietnamese place. The waitresses have always been friendly and quick, and they seem very accommodating. On my last visit I came in just a few minutes before closing, literally like 7 minutes, but they still greeted me very kindly and I had another great meal. I never got rushed. Great place!!!!

The service was terrible and the menu wasn't accurate for pricing at all. I found the waitress seriously lacking in customer service and was actually rude! I also ordered dumplings and they came out a little burnt. ( And halfway through our meal ) I told the lady and she argued with me. I told her I definitely won't be back. She replied with "good". I would rate no stars if I could...

I have to say, this place was wonderful to dine in. We had the green onion cakes and the barbecue pork buns with two bowls of steamed rice. It was delicious and it was the first time that my son actually ate green onion cakes. The place was nice and clean, the only thing was was the woman's wash him was out of service but I could use the men's washroom as well. I can't wait to come back here so I can try the hot pot.

Not sure if I just got a bad meal but I ordered the dinner for one and didn't care for it. Before and broccoli tasted awful, not sure if it was the flavor they intended but I didn't like it. The sweet and sour pork was good but tasted like store bought sweet and sour sause. Fried rice was OK but was lacking in saltiness. The only part I really enjoyed was the dry spare ribs. The server was super nice and my food came really quick. I don't normally scrutinize a meal like this but it was definitely not the flavors of "Canadian Chinese food" I was hoping for. If you're looking for the classic taste it isn't here.
