Del Taco

I went through the drive thru and they told me they had no meat. So I thought she meant like no meat at all so I asked if they had hamburger and she said yes. Not only that I asked for no sauce because I am allergic to dairy products and they gave me sauce that looked like they added extra. She was rude and would not take the 100 so I went to go get change and she told me to hurry up. They need to have some work ethic and not be so unprofessional.

Hey everyone!! Today is new employees training at this location in red bluff! You know what that means! Generous proportions with love and care put into every meal made! They are new so they try to do things well to impress their bosses and keep their job. They haven't worked there so long that they've stopped caring! And I'm not bashing fast food workers, everyone at any occupation eventually stops caring and trying as much.. And if you say that's not true your a GD LIAR. I just got a strawberry shake I swear to God is almost half delicious sweet strawberry chunks mmmmm!

No ice and from the back it's not enough to keep the soda cold. Rudest Del Taco I have ever been to. Brother ordered a crispy taco and the charged and made a crispy chicken soft taco. Went to tell her and she insisted that's what he ordered. They dont have many things and the only place in 5 states on this trip that charged extra for onions on a burrito...40cents.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Came to this place for a quick dinner on the go 6/8/22, got a chicken guacamole burrito meal. Ate the fries first and within 20 minutes I started feeling under the weather. Had a long drive ahead of me and wasn't sure if I was going to make it. A headache came on with full body sweats and nasua. Stomach was uncomfortable. After the hour and a half of driving, I nearly collapsed from my car. Mind you, I felt 100% fine before I ate any of this food. The rest of the night I struggled to understand what was going on with me. My mouth started to feel weird and my stomach just hurt. I ate the burrito, still not aware of possible food poisoning, and went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night due to the most painful stomach pain.. when I woke up in the morning I was very weak and felt like I was in a brain fog. Sick to my stomach, gassy, nauseous, and pukey. That lasted all day, light headed. Day 3, explosive BM and gas. Head felt a little better, less swimming feeling. I am fully disappointed, I felt like I was dying, and mentioned how I felt to a friend who said they had a similar experience from this place, and also said food poisoning recently, and guessed it is their fryers that aren't clean or something. I will NEVER eat here again, and probably won't eat at any del taco again either.
