Dunkin'

I just had a terrible experience at the store located at 316 Lowell street Wilmington Ma , the Spanish lady at the drive thru along with her daughter were extremely rude to me, only because I took an extra minute so sort it out money on my wallet, she yelled at me saying that she didn’t have all day ( I probably took less than a minute to give her the money. Her daughter came and yelled something while her mom was also yelling. I’m calling the cops if that happens next time. I appreciate and love all Dunkins products but I do not have to deal with bad employees since there’s a Dunkin Donuts on every corner.

Don’t waste your time! I have never waited 10 MINUTES at the intercom box. (not including the time I waited in line) I waited for about 5 minutes before saying “hello?” because I’ve never waited that long at any Dunkin’ Donuts before and thought maybe the speaker was broken. Then someone answered very rudely saying “one minute” and then I proceeded to wait an additional 5 minutes before giving up and leaving because I didn’t want to be late to work. This was a joke and waste of time.

Went to this Dunkins this morning (11/28/17) as usual in my way to work and got 2 chocolate frosted donuts and a large hot chocolate. First off the donuts were old and tasted stale. The hot chocolate wasnt even drinkable. It smelled like hot chocolate but that was all. It was water down brown water. No texture, consistency, flavor or anything remotely close to actual hot chocolate. It looked like brown water sanitizer from the machine. I’m rating here a 1 Star cause I can’t give this dump of a location anything less even though it deserves it. I’m done getting any food from this DD location.

Absolute worst service! The lady who takes drive through orders in the mornings is always rude and upset, if you wait a moment before pulling up to the window, you can usually here her say rude things about you placing the order! I order the same coffee every time and I almost always get a surprise coffee, not what I ordered...
