Fried chicken is not a fast food. You can make it one if you’re doing enough volume that you can have a lot hot and ready all of the time, but this location doesn’t do that level of business, and as a result, this is not a drive-through that you can pass through in less than 10-15 minutes in non-peak times. Add to that their apparent post Covid staffing difficulties, the fact that they have not figured how to make this location work smoothly for drive-through-only business, and the fact that the staff they do have is distracted (the gentleman that serves me had an ear bud in his ear and seemed to not be focusing well on whatever was in that versus what he was supposed to be attending to) and stressed (likely from over-work from being short staffed) and the result is a store it’s hard to recommend. KFC makes some of the best fried chicken, and this location is as good as any other for food quality. But they really need to figure out how to make the ordering go more smoothly or a lot of folks are going to come away dissatisfied.

I got one wing and one thigh. The wing was definitely not worth over $1.60 it was small crumbly dried up trash. The thigh was good I mean it was as it should be I think it cost $1.89 Approximately I can just say that I don’t go there very frequently and I don’t know if I’ll ever go again yeah I’ll probably go there again but I’ll stick to the thighs because everything else is dry and old and cold. Seriously they should not even be in business I do understand the times that we are living in but if you can’t keep your pieces of chicken warm instead of cooking a whole bunch and letting it get cold and tough and this for a little chicken wing I mean there was zero meat on it and I paid $1.60 for it and there was zero meat on it and it was cold and tough so but then my chicken thigh I was good. Pathetic I was Hungry enough to waste my money because normally KFC is a treat well it used to be

Had to wait for about 10 mins after ordering through the drive through. There were no other customers, it was 12:30, and it was a simple sandwich meal. I'm not sure what took so long. When it did come out, there were no fries, but at that point I had to leave due to time. 10 dollars for a sandwich and drink was not worth it.

Just order a hot lunch on my way home for my kids who are home from school- thought cool nice treat for lunch almost $60 later for some of the nastiest food I have ever seen. 16 piece tender mean. Chicken very rubbery and dry. Corn looks like it was made yesterday and re heated. Mashed and gray are like water. And no biscuits- they were out and gave me cookies instead ( told this after I paid ) only semi ok thing was Cole slaw. Called the store nobody answers the phone. Whom ever owns this franchise! SHUT IT DOWN. I understand workers and covid but holy heck. You can’t serve people food like this and think it’s ok .
