Burger King

Food was nice and hot. Customer service was good. As far as the presentation of the food, as you can see from the picture I asked for a toasted Whopper Melt and this is what I got. Even though there wasn't a line inside, the wait was a little long. They did correct the issue with no problem and apologized.

Just a heads up that this place DGAF. Probably how I would be if I worked at a BK, but basically if it takes forever to get your food they just shrug. No matter what happens they're not going to hurry or think outside the box to accommodate you. And they're definitely not going to put any care into your order.

We went here today there was one car in front of us waiting to order and we did not move for 34 mins. When the person beside us was ordering you could hear the workers and customers screaming back and forth inside through their headset!!!! I will never come here again I understand y’all are short staffed but there is no reason to display your anger where everyone can hear you!!! I’ve worked in food service and customer service for 8 years. I wish y’all the best!!!

I went to this location to order food for my Autistic son who will only eat Burger King and I experienced the most horrible customer service ever. The Assistant Manager Hector Comez or Gomez not sure the last name was a absolute customer service nightmare. When I received my order in the drive thru I told him that my chicken fries was cold. He stated he could make fresh ones but it will take 10 min and that I can pull up. I asked if he could just take my whole order and give me fresh food because my kids fries would be cold by the time I wait for the chicken fries. He stated he would not do that and that he can give me a refund. Instead of providing customer service he decided to try and intimidate me a woman. So I was like fine I’ll just take them home to my son because it’s already 8pm and I’m just getting done with work. Then when I took the bag he proceeded to yell out the window and make a spit gesture and say that why your fries are cold too. This is the assistant manager I’m speaking about and this is who Burger King has representing their company. The other employees were there just standing looking because this is the person that should be setting an example for them, instead he’s showing them that this type of behavior is ok. I will never repeat never visit another Burger King !

Drive thru person was rude. He may have not heard the order I gave him, so when I got to the window, I realized there was items not on my order. I asked him to correct the items in the order and he say “ No you cannot get what you want” he had a Smerk when he said this to me. I told him, now I do not want your food and drove off. Burger King restaurants are dead to me.

There was no line when I arrived so I thought it was closed because I have not been this lucky well luck ended as soon as the manager started taking my order. Apparently she woke up on the wrong side of the bed today 1/26/2022 at 245pm because her attitude STANK! The 2 stars are due to fact that the food pickup was quick and the food was ok. Definitely if it had another branch in the area I would go there instead
