placed an order online at like 3:45. It said it would be a hour wait -ok fine. The wrong order was delivered & after 4 calls (the 3rd one telling me someone will call me within 15 minutes which never happened) later tell me they can't give me my full order that I paid for, only the pizza, & i have to wait another hour for them to deliver the right pizza! Never again!

I called to place order for pickup. I wanted 2 BBQ chicken sandwich. The guy told me they didn’t sell them. I said since when, and “ said don’t F———— tell me what I have and don’t have. I F————- work here. I just hung up. This is papa johns on 5 th street Hwy in Reading.
I will never order anything from them ever again.

Tried the new papadias...I order the barbecue chicken/ bacon.. I think only had 2 pieces of chicken with lots of barbecue sauce😔

I order online for it to be delivered and it said that it was delivered to my address but it never was not even a call or a nock on the door. when called they hung up four times the second they answered the phone. will never oder from them again and after they picked up the phone when straight to hold for about 20 minutes. never got my oder or money back. never buy from this place again.
