Wendy's

So I came here yesterday to grab a bite to eat. It takes forever to get waited on and to receive your order. It doesn't matter if you do the drive thru or go inside. Also I witnessed 2 young male employees hide behind the clothing and shoe drop box and smoke a blunt while on break today 4/4/22 @ 4:15-4:20 pm and then return to work. Food was okay, could of been better. Be prepared to wait to order and receive your food.

They messed up the order after waiting like 15 minutes for food. They brought the wrong order the first time, and then brought the rest. Asked for extra dressing, idk if they charge for it, but that wasn't received either. do they all look like this? We don't usually go to Wendy's, but idk if we'll be going again anytime soon. At least this location. I don't know if you guys need staff or what but like, rush hour is tough, I've worked the industry, but like.... Oof? At least the fries were good.

I went with my a family member to go to Wendy's after waiting 20+ minutes in the drives we went into the store. It took 8 minutes for our orders to be ready and 10-15+ minutes for most others. The nuggets were lukewarm at best same with the fries. The cheeseburger my family member ate was RAW in the middle. The floor at the soda machine was very sticky, our table was dirty, the ketchup packet were also sticky at least 4 booth seats were severely torn. The employees weren't sure of orders sometimes. Overall the worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced.

Don't go here. The workers do whatever they want inside while they make you wait forever. Writing this as I've been sitting at the screen for almost 20 minutes waiting on a mobile order. She rudely asked for another minute like 5 minutes ago. They don't use gloves and I doubt they wash their hands. You can tell corporate doesnt come here often. I don't know why I go here anymore. It's gross and the quality is garbage. Nothing like a decade ago.

Was in the parking lot for 10 minutes before ordering, watched as the drive-thru didn't move a single car from the speaker and piled up 3 more cars in that time with no safe place for the line to form. Against my better judgment, I placed a mobile order for carryout, thinking I could beat the line. My mistake. Took 15 minutes for one stock small baconator meal. At 10 minutes I started saying "excuse me" to any employee who walked past the registers, it took until the third one to be acknowledged, and they had my reciept/ticket up front the whole time,never even made it to the kitchen. That was my first time here, today, and probably my last. Would've ordered literally any other fast food in the area if I had known to expect 15 mins for one sandwich, small fries, and a small drink.

Never again will they get my money. When you order online or via the mobile app and there is more than 1 order you have to pay, drive around, pay for the another order and so on..so if it is 3 orders, that is 3 times you have to drive around. That is just the first thing. I ordered lunch today and they totally gave me the wrong order, I tired to call a few times and nobody answered, so I had to take time from work to go back and get a corrected order, the website said you can do indoor dining, but that is also wrong, the doors are locked, so I had to wait YET again in the drive thru, had to repeat my order 2x till they got it right, I have typed this whole review while waiting for my order, I will save it if they actually get it right.
