Dunkin'

I will definitely NEVER come again to this Dunkin, by far the worst I have ever been to. I ordered a medium regular coffee with one cream and one sugar. The employee who took the order was treating me like I was bothering him just for simply ordering. Then, when I tried the coffee, it didn´t have sugar. I asked him for one extra sugar, and he told that I cannot order that because I had already paid. I told him that I would pay for the extra sugar right in that moment. He charged me $1!!!! Unbelievable! When I tried the coffee again, I realized that instead of sugar he had added an extra cream. I only hope that his boss read this review and take action regarding the employee´s disrespectful and unacceptable behavior.

your website says you’re open until 4 pm. I pulled up at 3:50 and the girl at the window was very rude. extremely rude. She told me they were closed i told her the website says 4, i have 10 minutes to order a drink that takes 45 seconds to make. She could have been nice, and explained kindly. but she rolled her eyes brushed me off and told me “closed! closed! closed!” and waved me off. i work in customer service i know what it’s like, but there is no need to be this unfriendly. :( i’ve had many problems with this dunkin that i tend to overlook, as i used to manage a dunkin, and as i said i understand the struggle. Do better.
