Applebee's

I am one of those people who know what they will order before they walk into most restaurants. At Applebee's my choice is always their Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. I absolutely love it! Tonight my food came out sizzling hot and delicious. Our server was very nice and she was very quick with our food and drinks. A very good experience in every way.

Today me and a friend of mine came in for lunch, and Tianisha took care of us. I don’t usually write reviews but she was so sweet, so kind and really just a special person. She made a sweet little dessert plate for me! The service was good and she even went out of her way to do something she didn’t have to. I am not from this area but if I ever come back I’ll be sure to ask for her!! Thank you Tianisha!!

Usually Applebee's has decent service and food, but my most recent experience left a poor taste in my mouth. The waitress and normal service was good, but the food we ordered made me and my friend sick. It was the "4 cheese mac and cheese with honey peppered chicken tenders". After a few bites, we felt the need to vomit. We brought this to the attention of the manager, and the best we could get was free tea. They did NOT offer a refund. It felt like they assumed that our motives were nefarious. They did not taste the food that made us sick, but just threw it out. I thought they would take their customers serious. If you're between ages 18 - 25 expect to get a similar experience if things go wrong.
