Bruno's Pizza

They have dine-in service and they let me call ahead and order our pizza so it was ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. This is a dream come true for families with Littles. Thank you for being flexible, but honestly the Grandma pizza we had was absolutely outstanding! We all devoured it! Yum yum yum! Just be careful when ordering water (they brought out water bottles which were pricey).

I'm disgusted. First of all this place is a covid event waiting to happen. I was the only masked person in the place and it's filthy. Most of the tables were dirty. My gizmo was stuffed with bacon when I didn't ask for it. Did they run out of ham? It's not the same thing. My Mom's food was cold, was missing the mushrooms, and there was hardly any cheese. Dump!

I have been there three times in the last week. Overall my food has been very good but I was disappointed with my sandwich today. I placed a mobile order and checked my receipt when I opened my sandwich because it was not made as requested. My receipt had the correct way I requested my sandwich but apparently the person preparing my sandwich did not read it. I asked for no tomatoes and was given tomatoes. I asked for cooked onions but was given raw onions. I asked for pickles and was given very few and they were only on one half of the sandwich. My sandwich was also very light on bacon, lettuce, etc. Usually the sandwich is packed and hard to close. This was not the case today-I actually threw away some of the roll and just ate the insides of the sandwich. The first two times my sandwich was delicious and made the same way (and made as requested). Obviously a different person made my sandwich today. I am hoping it is because it was busy and just an off day that the quality went down. This was going to be my new go to place but now I am not so sure. I will try it one more time and let that be the deciding factor.
