As with any BK the food is usually good but missing part of your order. The workers are mostly unfriendly. Not all of them. It is nottttt FAST food. EVER!

Got a flat outside and started to get hungry. Obviously i didn’t have a car and the lobby area was closed. They still took my order in the drive through and graciously let us inside because they didn’t want us to freeze to death. Very homey people❤️

Did not receive a receipt can’t even do a survey on the website bkexperience. I’m missing a double cheese burger and value fry. Have to come back inside because I came through drive thru. Get inside just for them to tell me they didn’t charge me and I’m explaining what I saw on the screen. Order taker doesn’t know what’s going on. Manager not even trying to fix the issue or even offer for me to purchase what I had in missing items. We ordered value because it’s always constantly missing items or attitudes about a order that cost more than $20. I don’t fully fault the manager but it’s the lack of integrity of fixing in store issues before having to reach out to corporate. Drive thru time is not that serious if you’re not achieving correct accuracy. Re-coach and train to build order rather than fix it and rush the customer for time that don’t even get you a bonus.

So polite! Best service I’ve ever had at any Burger King. The young lady in the drive thru was the best. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go to another location. ❤️

I'm on I-10 alot and this Burger King in the morning never disappoint. Always hot and have great customer service.

Was asked to pull back behind yellow pole at window for unknown reason and then to pull up to get our food, fries were cold and unsalted burgers were poorly put together

We had to wait 3 minutes for them to grill the chicken for my salad, which was fine. However once we get back on the road found that ALL of the other food was COLD and they managed to burn one side of the chicken in those 3 minutes!

The hours are not correct..Called on Sunday to see if they are open because it says it’s open until 2am but they had already closed at 9 pm..Get your hours corrected and get it together BK you are better than this but maybe not at this location 👎🏻
