Panera Bread

Got there 5 minutes after my food was to be ready and it wasn't there. All 3 employees in that section were to busy to help. Finally a person behind the counter offered to make me a new one. I was already running behind and couldn't wait, so I had refused. I already paid for my meal and was told the Manager would refund the cost of the meal. Unfortunately, NO Manager around so I left. I called 4 times and still no Manager. This store is very poorly ran. Definitely will not be going back to this store!

I love Panera! Great service! Awesome comfort food! Delicious salads! I was a manager for a Panera bread, so I know the food is always clean and prepared fresh. The baked goods are soooo good! I went here for the first in years and was amazed at all the new tea's. Now I'm just a regular and I love it here. 😀

I haven't been here in many years. Used to be nice when it first opened. Then they got bad management (like all these places that serve animal products do), so the floors became dirty, the drink station contaminated - and it became a mess. Then they tried to clean it up, but it got really cramped. The topping on the cake were the smaller portions for larger sizes. I stopped going, then my family did. No lame vegan option will get me back either - everything's pre-packaged, so if you want to make adjustments, it's too big of a deal for the place to handle. I can't eat gluten, so there goes that. I'm giving an extra star for just being nice to staff giving away bread to them at the end of the day as well as the senior center instead of throwing it out. It's in a nice location too, but they sure have to waste it like a box in a walkway waiting to be kicked.

Costumer Service provided by Efrain was horrible. First they screwed up the order for dine in, they missed a beagle for my niece…they asked me for paid receipt which it did showed them I already paid for it. They brought the beagle in the brown bag not sliced in half with no cream cheese. I asked them where’s the cream cheese, they said ohhh you didn’t pay for it. I literally told them we want a beagle with cream cheese. This Efrain guy who didn’t apologize for the order they messed in the first place he had me leave my nieces on the table and get back in line so he can charge me for small cream cheese. Never coming to this place again!!

UNSANITARY FLIES ON THE PASTRIES !!!!🤮. The pastries arent lock in a glass like they would in an actual legit bakery everything is out sit all day flies fly on it so disgusting.Homeless at the entrance begging for money.the floor is dirty. Always long lines, especially during lunch its a nightmare .the prices are beyond outrageous they really scalp custumers 4.79$ for a large drink , really ?! 11.99 for a very sad looking tasteless pizza extremely basic dough tomato sauce cheese and some dry and gresy pepperonies. Blaze makes custumized fresh ones for 9.99$ . All their food is massed factory produced shipped frozen and reheated on the spot. For the price of those cookies you can go to a REAL bakery for homemade pastry and 8$ for bread just no..... 85 degree got sweet stating 1.60$ to 2.10$ i seriously dont get how panera stay open when you can get better deal literally EVERYWHERE ELSE . Not to mention those fruit drink are dangerous and JUNK 100mg of SUGAR!! ( hello diabetes) and 4000 mg of coffee ( hello heart attack) thats 4 cups of coffee !! A can of coke is healthier than this thats how bad it is . INSANITY !!!
