Dog Friendly! Great service and atmosphere. A decent menu however the food was average.

The service is great and staff is friendly. The food is in-standard (but slightly expensive)
Because of its unique location, it is a great place to recharge yourself if you are waiting for the steam train in Ramsbottom Station.

I came from Salford for the day lovely town . The pub was friendly and welcoming the food was excellent 👌

We visited here several times whilst staying at a local campsite.
Everytime we went in the service by all the staff was excellent.
Especially the lady chef, we spoke with her as our family was coming to visit us for the day and we wanted to bring them to the pub for a meal, my mother in law needs gluten free options. Eventhough you don't have a Pacific gluten free menu, which is no problem because you're lady chef came and spoke to us and she did everything possible to try and accommodate this.
The food was absolutely excellent and great value for money.
A little note for the manager, what an excellent team you have there. Everything was perfect even when the pub was extremely busy, the whole experience was 5*

Decent pub grub. I had the fish and chips. Sat outside with the dogs in the sun with a couple of pints. Can’t go wrong!

Excellent service. Popped in for a drink after a meal up the road. We asked for a taxi on leaving which the bar staff sorted out, and even let us know when it was outside. Perfect

Used to go in here many, many moons ago and what a change for the better...Good selection of lagers for me, reasonably priced, very modern, good vibe and you can get your sports as well, not much not to like..well done for the re-vamp 😀

First visit yesterday, for a birthday lunch, hiccup with the booking, but they sorted it all out, great staff, delicious hot well presented food, great portions.
Also Jack Rabbit Rose made the day for the birthday lady.
