Arby's

I don’t remember their names, but I came in for a simple chicken nugget meal this afternoon and everything was perfect! The two employees I did interact with were super sweet and I’m so happy I stopped by for a quick bite. Thanks y’all, I know times are crazy with short staffing and such, but you guys are killing it!!

The Arby's Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger left me with mixed feelings. While it wasn't bad, it didn't quite reach the level of greatness either. One disappointing aspect was the lettuce, which didn't look appetizing. On a positive note, I appreciated the convenience of the online order process, and the drive-thru staff was pleasant. However, considering the price of over $12 for this combo, I expected a more exceptional taste. In my opinion, the burger's flavor fell short, making me question if it should be priced closer to $7-$8 instead.

When I walked in, the line was 4 or 5 deep & there were several people waiting for their orders. Everyone in line complained ordering and no orders came out. A couple of minutes later, everyone orders started to come out. Don't know what the holdup was. The cashier who took my order was very friendly and handled the orders efficiently. Food was good, very similar to the other Arby's I've been to.

Big kudos for the crew at this location for the 5:00 hour. I have had issues with several other locations (Hillsborough Rd., Avondale Rd., and Roxboro Rd., all within the Durham area) ranging from incorrect orders, closed dining room, bad customer service, rejected entry and lack of supplies to include “broken” shake machine as if they identified as a McDonald’s. I ordered from the app and walked in and grabbed my order with no issues. I do not live in the north Raleigh area but this may be my go to place for a while. However, I have yet to receive a reply from corporate after sending my complaint in last month. My trust with the brand has been restored.
