Superb people, fresh veggies, and no wait. Loved every single experience with them. I will also say that they have an amazing menu that is changed seasonally. A few tips: 1) i always add a boiled egg to my salad, 2) I always go with their recommendation for dressing on my salad, and 3) their jalapeños can be really hot some days, so use caution (but they are amazing and fresh)

When I want a quick relatively healthy take-out meal I come here. For someone with a lot of food restrictions, like me, you can find plenty of decent options. For a counter-style walk-up restaurant, this place has decent overall food and selections. The quality of the ingredients is good with a large selection of salad toppings and dressings. You can get one of their specialty salads (nice selection) or make your own. But if you make your own you pay by the topping and protein and it can add up. There are vegan protein option (beans, tofu). The fried chicken has dairy, which is unfortunate. A bit on the pricey side, but as is usually the case, high quality healthy foods are expensive.

It's been awhile since I had eaten at Chopt but I had a craving for them today since I am eating healthier I figured I visit. I got my favorite wrap which is the Chicken Tinga. This is my favorite wrap they have I have had the salad as well. I like they give you the option to make any salad a wrap. The Chicken Tinga was actually really wrapped well and it was fresh the only complaint I have is there was not nearly enough sauce I usually don't have to tell them to add more but it was still good either way. The staff was friendly when I came in I was greeted. The service was quick although the set up of this location was different then the other location in Raleigh I went to the wrong register and the worker didn't really guide me to where I was supposed. The restaurant was clean and very nice bigger than the other location. Overall nice place for a good but pricey salad or wrap.

A friend recommended me to this place. My first trip today was definitely not a disappointment. Lucy helped me since it was my first time there. She was very pleasant and let me tell you the salad is beyond good. I got the apple harvest I think it’s called. Great place and great service!!! I went to the location on falls of neuse road.
