Very pleased. They were very busy, but the line moved along smoothly, and the Cajon filet biscuit was delicious.

Came through the drive through on 10/3 at about 8:25 pm. Wayne and Kareem was REALLY friendly. I love the fact that their customer service was on point! Made me feel good when I wasn’t having a so good night.
Also, way did great advertising the Bojangles seasoning that was on sale! I ended up buying one as well.
I also asked for my tenders to be cooked extra and Kareem made sure that happened! I will be back!

The team was quick, and the food was good/correct to order. Special kudos to Wayne for speaking loud and clear in the drive-through as well as being polite and efficient.

Customer service is awesome. Employee gave me a large tea when I ordered a large was only charged for regular. Another employee greeted me while I was dining in and was very pleasant. Went above and beyond. Thanks

Very good chicken and fries. Not too busy even though it was lunch time. Very fast service. They even said thank you as I was leaving.

The drink I bought it was flat, but the rest of the food was ok. Service was super slow. Management should work on their employees because we as customers pay lots for food.

I often come through their drive-thru pretty late, often right before they close, and I gotta say, they've never been jerks, or even impatient with me. There's a young white kid who works there who's solid, talked with him a couple times, though I've never gotten his name. Want to make sure he gets a shout-out, though!
Just went through and talked with Lemiyah (sp?) and I just had to get her name, though, because she took the time to ask me how my day was (I think she could tell it was LOOONG 😑), and when I thanked her, she said: 'Everyone deserves someone to talk to.'
