Primohoagies

I've been to roughly 12-15 Primos locations and they all range from 3 stars to 5 stars. This location is at the higher end of the range. Its a clean location with nice staff who don't screw up your order. They need delivery. That would be so great. After all, there is a ton of corporate offices in Wayne/Radnor and delivery would make Primos the better option when deciding on lunch.

Fast service even though I didn't order ahead. Funny story I have been looking to try PrimoHoagies for a while. When I used Waze ro find 2 different locations, I would up at a Wawa. I just happened to be exploring the area and I found this one. Both times I tried to find them before I ended up eating a sub at Wawa. Now, I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I smell a rat. Not in PrimoHoagies, the food was good. I got a Pizza Cheesesteak . Very good, I did get sauce all over myself, but hey that's on me. (Get it?) I'm writing this and I think maybe I'll have one for lunch. Maybe a more traditional cheesesteak. And someone should fix the mapping software or all of PrimoHoagies business will go to Wawa.

I used to be a regular customer here but my last experience was awful. I placed an online order and they lost my order, never once apologized. They kept asking for my name but never would give me any updates. The entire staff was rude and unprofessional. Other customers while I was waiting had similar issues with orders. I heard the staff arguing and using profanity in front of customers. Never again.

I usually place our order online when I volunteer to make the lunch run for my colleagues at work. When I arrive, our food is ready on time, accurate, and served with a smile. The food consistently tastes fresh and is made with care. The staff is friendly and they keep the store clean and tidy. This location is a pleasure to visit!
