Applebee's

Pretty mid to be honest. They were pretty dead at about 8pm when we went, yet very slow, cigarette smelling service from our waitress(although she was very friendly.) Food took longer than expected but could have been due to less cooks(just giving the benefit). Plate was scolding hot for whatever reason but my food was close to cold(mine wasn't the only meal like this.) My 4 cheese mac seemed cheeseless yet the flavors of the chicken were on point.

Just walked out without ordering. We got seated and then waited over 8 minutes for our server. This was terrible service. It wasn't really busy and there were people waiting for service and looking very distraught. No apologies for our wait. Not even a hello welcome to Applebee's. The server couldn't even answer a common question my wife asked. This is the total opposite of our last visit but reminiscent of the time before that. I guess it's hit or miss here. 2 stars for service not sure how the food would have been but the previous visit is was great.

The restaurant was pretty much empty. We didn’t even get a menu to look at, was told we had to scan the barcode on the table to even look at the menu. Ordered an appetizer of spinach dip, their spinach dip has always been so good. The chips that came with the spinach dip seemed straight out of a bag, the spinach dip had no cheese and no artichokes. Everything we tried to order we were told they were out of. We had to just order something we didn’t even want as we were very rushed to order. After about an hour of waiting, we got our food and was not satisfied with anything we got. After a few bites, the waitress asked if we were ready for our check. Needless to say that was the biggest waste of $68 and we will NOT be back!!!!!!

The waitress was awesome. The food not so much. Ribs were old and burnt. Husband didn't get one of his sides and the one he did get was wilted Cole slaw. My bourbon street chicken was more like garlic with a side of chicken. And the chicken was spongy. The food was horrible. They also don't have menus anymore. If u don't bring in ur cell phone with a qr code reader u can't see the menu. Won't be going back.

On going disappointment every time we come to this store. Every 6 months or so we decide to give them another try and we get disappointed time after time. Our latest trial came with a 15 min wait before a server checked on us. Then waiting 5 mins more for a menu. Our food was decent service was so so. Our server seemed to be put off having to wait on us. Our food order wasn't correct but it was redone. Just disappointing to experience this Everytime we come back. I just didnt see th value in our meal, service or experience. This restaurant used to be one of the best but now it's as bad as the rest.
