This place was great. Picked up dinner at 8:15pm and it was ready quickly. They even cared about keeping the drive through line moving quickly. Great job!

Kfc side is well, kfc. But since there's a taco bell side as well, the value at this store is over the roof which is why the 4 stars. Average food, good value to fill you up.

I bought a bucket with biscuits for delivery, but instead of giving me my biscuits they gave me a note, and then took the money anyways.
Here is an awesome idea, next time when I order why don't you just take all the chicken out, and replace it with a note saying you are out of chicken? You will make more money that way. /s
If you read the other reviews I am not the only one who has encountered this. The store is abusing the fact that you are unlikely to go back and argue since you ordered delivery, but that doesn't make this business practice okay. If there are no biscuits then give me something else, or give me a partial refund.

I go to KFC when I feel like punishing my bowels with subpar fried chicken. But if you need a chicken fix quick KFC will do the trick. But you will hate yourself later

I got a combo meal. The chicken breast was very dry the soda was flat and the biscuit was hard.

Worst KFC branch in the USA. Staff will not attend to counter unless there is a line. Obvious lack of enthusiasm and care for customer and ordering sequence of items. Staff will leave ordering customers, when they cannot find items on their own POS counter. Items are always badly packed, and 100% inaccurate of completion (based on personal experiences of more than 2 years, and more than 40 orders). The service went from bad in 2019, to horrid and intolerable in 2021. Go to somewhere else and save yourself the stress in dealing with these insufferable branch employees.

The food was ok but I asked for 2 tacos and he was like 3 ok and I said no 2 he said ok I asked for 2 chicken treasures he said 3 and I said what ever yeah this place is so annoying😖😫

You walk into the Quincy KFC Taco Bell you tell three different people there is orange soda all over the floor they do nothing about it and you're sitting there for 15 minutes I personally had to put a chair there so people wouldn't stop in it get home no utensils for my potatoes and the chicken looks like it's burnt
