Aside from understaffed & shift manager fowel mouth it's same as always. Had the other person listen to what she said I don't think she would have had the fowel mouth. Only 2ppl & Long line+ online orders

Great location. You can park for an hour near by train station. It has huge seating area next it.

I'm genuinely shocked that this Dunkin' Donuts has worse reviews than the Drive-Thru one less than a mile away. The staff has always been friendly, and it can get super busy but that's what you should expect with the location. If it's too busy and a problem does occur with your order, they will do you right. Some people just choose not to speak up and not understand how busy it can get.

Extremely rude staff. I was taking a few moments to *reload my card* aka giving them my money, and the lady at the counter started screaming at me. I’m not giving them my money when they’re being rude, you don’t just scream at people, you don’t know what they’re going through. I work customer service and thats not how you treat people. I’ll gladly take my money to Gunther Tooties or Starbucks across the street!

Its in a great location, the staff are all friendly and because the high school and college are right by it, it can get busy but they try there hardest to get everything right and if they do get it wrong you can just tell them and they'll remake it for you. If you become a regular like me they do start to remember you. Hope you have a great experience like i do!

Coffee is completely watered down. Tastes like flavored water. (They must rely on everyone putting extra sugar in their coffee). I even tried it after a fresh pot was brewed which means they do it on purpose to save money. ! Very Bad.

They don't give cream cheese with a bagel sandwich when all other DD do. Besides which they dont have a selection for cream cheese on the app so u have to wait in line for it even though you ordered through app.

The place is very dirty and on top of that when I got my pastry I bit into it and the pastry was not cooked there was huge chunks of dough RAW DOUGH. I won't return again.
