-1 star, second time coming over and last time! The worst Applebee’s I have ever been to! Even my 8 years old niece told me”this restaurant is bad aunt, I don’t want to come over anymore( we go out once a month)” first time it was with my son the services was so bad as well we did wait a long time to be served, after we got a free dessert lol…today we waited 17minutes for someone to come over to the table, to make it better I order Bourbon steak got a Ribeye… order original buffalo got barbecue chicken…hamburger without onion got it with onion…dessert to go they warmed it up…Had to pay $85 for the lowest services ever at least the first time they kind of show they were not happy and gave me a free dessert but this time ooohhh boy, even the hostess was rude! Very very bad service! I kind of felt sorry for the waitress even know at the end I see she was trying so hard but she had so many tables that it was so sad to see how overwhelming she was! Will not go back at all…very bad management for sure!!Bye Applebee’s will stay away!!!!

Waitress at the Hancock location provided excellent service. While my family and I dined in we observed her serving 5 tables of extremely rude customers making frivolous complaints, just trying to get free meals. 2 tables left zero tip after eating their meals, complaining about the lack of service (which was nonsense), getting their bill comped, and even making extra take home softdrink cups. Waitress still treated the rest of her tables with great customer service and professionalism. Food and drinks were good and the price was reasonable, especially during the after 9pm happy hour. Managers, FYI, the customer is NOT always right. Support your staff and kick the rude customers out. My family and I will definitely return to this location.

The good thing about Applebee’s is their grilled steaks. Its always so juicy and tasty 😋. Their drinks… are bomb especially the sweet ones because I don’t like the taste of alcohol. It’s always a good deal here, service is kinda slow most of the time. It’s even slowly if you sit at the bar side…. If only service was better I think I would have given a 4 star.

Had our favorite appetizer,, chicken wanton tacos! This crunchy yummy concoction, never disappoints. My daughter hates coleslaw, but somehow, likes this! I also had a bourbon chicken dinner with the mashed potatoes, which was actually really good, and my daughter had an 8oz steak with mashed potatoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

The burger and boneless wings were good. The service was slow and it took us a long time to get our food other than that it wasn't that bad. The boneless wings came out after a long wait and we still waited Another half hour to 45 minutes to get our burgers. The server just seemed like she didn't want to be there.
